IEEE HotICN 2018 Registration Instructions

1. Registration Requirements

• Papers to be published must register and at least arrange one attendant, so as to be included in proceedings and submitted to IEEE for publish.
• IEEE member should send email to offer membership information screenshot of IEEE website when registering, otherwise, you are deemed as a non-member. If you want to be a new IEEE member, you can type into member number of referee: 92694981. The name of referee is Kai Lei.
• Valid student Card must be offered for student registration.
• Please send email( suggested email theme: HotICN2018 paper ID + register type A/B/C + standard type/student type) with IEEE Membership certificate, student material, payment voucher and registered paper ID to ndnlab@ece.pku.edu.cn, the conference organizer will reply email for registration confirmation.

Registration Instructions(Kylin Villa accommodation discount)

• Kylin Villa is a high-end hotel with the marketing price 1188RMB/per night for standard room, 1308RMB/per night for king size room. The preferential price is: standard room(twin bed/king bed with breakfast) is 750RMB per night. The preferential price is exclusively during meeting, with no more than 4 nights.
• Calculation Formulas for B type register: Total = (A type register fee + 600RMB accommodation price difference).
• Calculation Formulas for C type register: Total = (A type register fee + 1200RMB accommodation price difference).
• If you need receipt, please also send blow listed information to us when you sending registration email( the item of the receipt will be “registration fee”, and we will mail the receipt to you after the conference):
